EXPERTISE
COACH & COMPANION
Coaching is a dynamic discipline focused on action.
As a Certified Professional Recovery Coach and Sober Companion, I serve as a personal guide and mentor for people seeking to be, or already in recovery from a variety of behavioral and mental health or addictive disorders. I help teach my clients pragmatic, practical and person-centered tools to assist in their battle towards beating a debilitating habit or addiction.
My ultimate goal is to help individuals thrive in all areas of their lives, and I believe that meaningful human connection, emotional intelligence, and self-awareness are the keys to success in recovery.
I work both In-Person and Online via a number of platforms (Zoom, WhatsApp, by phone, text, and email). All of my clients are offered weekly 60-minute sessions as well as 24/7 emergency tele-support outside of session hours.
Contact me for Bespoke Packages.
INTERVENTIONIST &
CASE MANAGER
Interventions are used as a form of Crisis Management for any destructive behavior. As an Interventionist, I work closely with families in order to initiate the recovery process for their loved one who is suffering. I employ an Invitational Model, which includes all members of the family as well as the afflicted individual and is a method that comes from a place of love and compassion rather than shame and blame. As a part of this, I liaise with other treatment providers and have the ability to provide assistance in transporting clients from their homes, if residential treatment is the necessary first step of their recovery process. This service is especially useful for those who may be considered at-risk to travel by themselves, and provides assurance to the family that their loved one will arrive safely at their destination.
I also provide Case Management services to those who require on-going support in navigating the treatment process. This may include providing a tailor-made care program, coordinating support from multiple different therapeutic and/or health professionals, or working with a whole family to identify and overcome dysfunctions.
MOTIVATIONAL SPEAKER
Beyond my educational and professional background, I have a great deal of experience as a motivational speaker on the topics of behavioral and mental health, and overcoming addiction. I have served as keynote speaker at a number of fundraising events for the non-profit treatment organization Phoenix House Foundation, in which I shared stories of strength and hope in recovery. I currently offer motivational speaking engagement services to schools, businesses, and fundraising events in the mental health sector.
MUSIC & FILM INDSUSTRY
I have worked for a number of years in both the Music and Film industries and, as a result of this, am highly qualified as a specialist Coach and Companion for entertainment professionals and Executives. When working with these individuals, I ensure total discretion and privacy (as with all my clients).
